You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, and purchased directly from us. Opened, used, or partially consumed products, as well as items from sales or special promotions, are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact support within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization; items are shipped back at the customer's own expense. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
